Travis Benedict

Travis was in the US Navy, USS Buffalo fast attack submarine.

After an Honorable Discharge, Travis worked in construction; framing, masonry and surveying, before entering the mold remediation industry in 2001.

I developed a passion for helping people restore their homes and businesses and enjoy the different challenges this field provides on a daily basis over the years.

Helping people restorer their home and businesses drove him to make this a long term decision and start up SERVPRO.

Erica Mann

Erica is the office manager here.  She studied Interior Design at the Art Institute of Austin.

She enjoys creating spaces to better suit your lifestyle. 

She has 3 great young boys that keep her busy but she enjoys running and exercise when she get time. 

Dwight McDuffie

Dwight has been in the industry for many years. He has joined our team with a main focus of commercial sales.

Ioan Hazapariu

Ioan is PM with many IICRC certifications.  Ioan manages most of our mold projects and assists with mango on our large losses.
